There is Map Option “Convoy Blockades Roll Dice For Cost” checked by default - if we uncheck it, surface ships with attack capability and planes will always cause loss of 1 PU and subs 2 PU. This way especially non-combat edits after end of turn are assisted. How do you prefer?

I dont get why uncheck the roll for convoy can assist edits. I really dont mind rolling or not, though I always played rolling convoys. Tell me what are the benefit and I think about it
