    @KraytKing However Oil stocks are a must for any ww2 game. Their must be a cost for attacks ( each attack costs 1/2 IPC) plus certain areas of the map produce oil X each turn, that’s easily modeled

    @KraytKing Modeling weather should only follow that certain areas of the map are effected. Rasputita and snow in Russia and possible Typhoons in south east Asia are really the only candidates in an Operational or Strategic setting. So movement modifiers in Western Russia for all land units at 1 and limited air movement seem the only things along with perhaps a -1 combat modifier for tanks? But the only benefit are the Allies. You have to stack up this hindrance to if it improves the game, which its not adding anything except more realism. Realism isn’t itself sometimes enough to make a game more fun, while player options are an improvement that wins everytime.
