    @Booper i adress the German Inf unit you loaded during Combat Movement Phase and unloaded it to Gibraltar.
    If you start in a hostile sz, and even load a unit along the way, then you have to perform an amphibious assault elswhere. That did not happen, so therefore i see two option from my side (unless you have even a better way then me).
    Option 1 could be that the Inf stays on board the TT (Transport) and could be downloaded on your Next G Turn. Or option 2 that your TT stays empty in a sz of your choice along its possible movement radius.
