@dawgoneit It’s Youngrasshopper’s Tournament Rules. He calls it 3G40. The set up is the same as OOB except Anzac and UKIndia are combined into one nation and the Victory Conditions are Changed and it is 8 rounds long. well you can play as long as you like, but 8 rounds is suggested.

I’m not sure if you have found games yet but it can sometimes take a few days to find a match especially when you are new and unranked. This time of year can make it more of a challenge too. I’d offer to play but I’ve got more than I can take on right now.

If you don’t hear back from someone who can play just post a reminder or two and also message those who are looking for games. Persistence pays off and once you get a game or two under your belt it is usually easier to find more games. And you can always start a game with each other as that will count towards league play too.

Also be sure to read through the league rules as well (its a link on the league page). If you have any questions feel free to post in the league general discussion page. Good luck and have fun!

I can play both of you if you dont mind slow play from time to time. It means i will not be held to the 72h post limit

Of course we don’t want anyone to have much trouble finding a game, especially players checking out the league.

Re-post here and say you’re STILL looking for a match if you don’t get one in days. We’ll get you a league opponent. We have many who will play anyone.

thank you Farmboy,Oysteilo and Gamerman01 for your offers and advice. i have finished a game with gunnastunna93 and almost finished game with Enigma. i am the gentleman Desertadmiral was trying to start a game with on forum unsuccessfully. Oysteilo I would prefer to decline your offer since you are way too good. my understanding is that two or more tier difference is no fun for either player. I am an old retired guy whose primary experience is playing PTV against the AI for the last two years. just thought playing people could be more fun. going forward would be mostly interested in tier 2-3 at this time… If interested it would seem i can only play by email at this point. borysowiczmike@gmail.com
