@Adam514 The triplea system lets me land the bombers and I did not see any rules stating otherwise but I just want to be sure!
-
@Sovietishcat this is a good question. I am not completely sure. I assume however, that american planes can land there if at war with Japan. American land units can enter the DEI while Dutch, but can not take control, ulike british and Anzac units. @Panther
-
@oysteilo Once USA has left its neutral status and joined the Allies, USA can land there, indeed.

If Sf is vichy and it get’s liberated will the cruiser and dd go back to France. So they turn in to french units again?
-
@Giallo Only if SF is liberated by French units.

@Giallo yeah same thing.

Has anyone tabulated the league game results to find out what % of games the Axis or Allies win in BM3 for a certain time period? I say BM3, because usually there’s no bid, whereas G40 results could be affected by different bid amounts. How about any other tabulation of results?

In 2018 it was 55% Axis victories on Balanced Mod, with varying bids. Interestingly, in 2017 it was 47% Axis. These figures are in the spreadsheet for prior years. There’s definitely a trend of increasing Axis victories and bids are increasingly going to the allies in increasing amounts.

I think I have asked this question before but have forgotten the answer and can’t find the thread where it came up. To load transports in a combat move you must attempt to land the loaded units in the combat move. If this applies to Marines, then they cannot be loaded onto a cruiser or battleship that goes off into naval combat unless they also make an amphibious assault. I can’t NCM the marines onto the ships, make a combat move with the ships and then just leave the marines on the ships right?
-
You cannot.
-
@farmboy You mean noncombat move marines onto ships one turn, and then on the next turn, make a combat move with those ships leaving the marines on the ships?
I would think you could do that, yes. I haven’t played for awhile and Adam is one of the architects of the Balanced Mod game, but I’m wondering if Adam wasn’t clear exactly on what you were asking.
-
@gamerman01 It looks like it’s during the same turn.
-
@gamerman01 Yeah, my question was specifically about whether I could use a cruiser to load a marine before sending the cruiser into combat and where there is no combat landing by the marine.
-
Are forum dice set up again? If so, is there a link that explains how?

No, they are not.
As a workaround you can use the “Roll Dice” feature at any time during the game:
Those rolls are emailed in case MARTI is the dice roller used for that game.
-
@Panther Thanks!.
-
Anyone having issues with receiving MARTI dice rolls? Some games I don’t get any rolls other games I get some of the rolls and they show up over the next day or two.
