I think the issue is because G and Russia aren’t at war. So my guess is triplea is handling it correctly from a engine standpoint. I forget the specifics of the Rule. I think maybe G isn’t allowed into Original Soviet TTys unless at war with them.

Even if those TTys are occupied by one of their Allies. But I’m not certain on that.
