Why penalize Russia from not going into a territory that’s Japan control when there at war with that country ? Even if it was a Chinese original.

Going to be playing my very first game with the balance mod tomorrow and had a question about one of the NOs. The UK NO regarding subs… do Axis subs in the Mediterranean prevent the UK from collecting the bonus? Not sure if the Mediterranean counts as ‘the Atlantic’ so figured I’d clarify.

Shouldn’t we update 3.0 to 4.0 in the headlines, too?

Probably should just remove the version since it also covers version 2.

@simon33 Right! I have removed the version # so the title is more generic.

@regularkid In case version 4 supersedes version 3, shouldn’t the first posting in this topic reflect the current version, too? Also, shouldn’t the savegame(s) be removed, as the map is included in the Global map-repository?

Hey guys, What happened to the extra download to enable the Vichy Colours? It used to be at the beginning of this thread. Because I thought I installed it over the latest version of TripleA that I installed, but now I just went back and I can’t find it.

Scrambling Q. Can I scramble fighters or tactical bombers from United Kingdom? A. No. They can only be scrambled from island territories with airbases. An island is a single territory completely surrounded by a single sea zone.

Just wondering where this rule was changed since UK scramble is allowed.

@aagamerz13 It was changed with the Second Edition of the rules. Looks like you have First Edition there.

Hi guys…a quick question on the victory conditions. If germany holds all 8 vcs at the end of its turn, then Russia retakes one by the end of its turn, but Italy retakes that last VC…does that satisfy the axis VC conditions as they still have all 8 by the time the german turn comes round? Or do the conditions reset until the end of Italy’s go giving the allies a chance at one more turn?

BM3 question - Italy has declared war on Russia and taken Eastern Poland. Germany is in Eastern Poland after their turn - can they do that without declaring war on Russia (and thus cancel their 5 IPC bonus)? I thought Germany was at war in this situation but TripleA doesn’t confirm so… I’m asking.
