If a newcomer wants to experience what a tier M can dish out, I don’t mind being a guinea pig. I also don’t mind if it counts for league or not since I’ll make the playoffs regardless, but it’s a bit unfair to other players perhaps if losing to a tier M gives as many points as a tier 3 win.

I know I could, but that takes away the discovery for me. I want to find the solutions on my own. Which is ironic considering the India Crush and Sealion threads when the first esition came out. But still.

Great point Adam, but don’t worry, after a few more games their average will be close enough to accurate unless they can get a couple other tier M’s to play them so they can maintain that lofty 4.00 average ;)

@gamerman01 I’m appreciative of your effort to track and make the league work. My hats off to you, because yes at the end of the day (or year) everything does seem to work out. And even though I’m a relative newcomer, I’m happy you provided a reasoned, frank response to my post. Really, I’m not disgruntled by the ranking system, but when other systems were being thrown out there, I just thought I’d put my idea out there. That it got some attention was satisfying/entertaining.
In the meantime, I keep playing and maybe see you out there.
