I’d like to toss my hat into the ring. I’ve read the league rules and familiarized myself with the balanced mod. Is there anything else I should do. I hope to be a solid tier 3 player one day.

It has been about 4 years since I’ve been on the forum. I see my old games from years ago still here. I want to download the old triplea game files but I can not see them in the game threads.

can anzac land planes on Java if it was newly taken over or do they have to wait a round?
I looked thru the rule book and i cant find it any wheres.

the reason i ask is i play with some friends on saturday night and they wont let me do that.
i searched the rule book and i couldn’t find it.
i have a game rite now on here that some one has done that and i just want to see if its in the rule book or an online rule., -
Beginning of page 9 of the Pacific rulebook.
These rules are referred to on page 36 of the Europe rulebook -
Top of page 9 of Pacific Rule book says that can move units there at any time and “may” take control of the territory with land units. That means that you do not even need to take control to land.

on page 21 it makes it kind of cloudy to me it says that you can not land on a friendly neutral

Dutch is Allied, not friendly neutral.
