You are now allowed to declare war on Germany though because of Italy’s DOW. If I’m wrong on that, no dice were rolled here so I thought I might as well post as it is easy to redo.

This is true in OOB but in BM this move is no longer allowed.

Not at my computer but it looks to me that there is a scramble decision in 6. If you are attacking my destroyer with a sub, fig, tac and bomber and I can scramble 3 figs, I will. This also assumes there is no other attack on s Korea or Japan as then I would have to check
