Ay Chihuahua, on to Tejano, where we’ll recapture the rebel Yanqui province. Historical note: Pancho Villa had raided Columbus, New Mexico in 1916 (he was an outlaw at that time), and the U.S. army pursued him into the province of Chihuahua. Lt. Patton came to fame here, when, riding in touring cars, his band of perhaps ten troops skirmished with some of Pancho Villa’s men.

Savegame

1914 NML does not give sufficient written rules on AA or SBR. As we’ve seen in our team games, fighters can’t intercept Zep SBR, only AA can. I play tested AA in land battles. In the unit notes, it says AA defends 1d6. As expected, an AA gets 1 die @1 against a fighter. But for multiple fighters in a battle with 1 AA, the AA still gets just 1 die, but defense power is multiplied by the number of fighters, e.g.: 1 die defense @ 3 against 3 fighters, 1 die defense @ 5 for 5 fighters, etc., unlike WWII Triplea with up to 3 dice @ 1, per AA.

@elrood About dice luck… initially France was lucky by spending 15 IPCs on dice in turn 1 and 2 combined and getting 2 technologies.

but since then probability has caught up with me… rolled 19 more times since then, without a single #6.
So two #6 in 21 rolls altogether… that’s well below par :-|
