I suppose I was able to surprise U with all the attacks this round (Carolines, Kazahstan, Persia)

U pulled out a great plan to go for 6 VC in the Pacific and I had no choice but to counter it, and like in chess when U sacrifice a pown for the greater good.
I mean i had minus TUV in Kazahstan, and pretty big one in Persia.
@Amon-Sul Its not so much I was surprised, but I was certainly hoping you wouldn’t. Persia was the critical one and you are right that it could go badly for you and still well enough to do what you needed it too. Sending units to Kazakhstan was, in hindsight a blunder on my part since it made that Persia attack a safer one for you. I’m not sure if the pacific victory was really possible in any case but I thought it was worth trying for. And Caroline certainly paid off for you but I thought that was the least likely since it was 50/50 and winning it wouldn’t protect Hawaii.
I’ll probably play through the next round at least, but will need a day or two to think this through. I haven’t had a chance yet to properly take a look.
Well it is hard to tell could Axis won the game in the Pacific. The thing is USA has a big navy and a lot of money. It would be hard for Japan to keep Honolulu, and especially both Honolulu and Manilla, Shanghai, Hongkong.
But I totally understand Ur strategy. U decided it is Ur best shot, since time is working against U.
