  • Not sure about the the french des. Either plan to stack fleet in z98 or z80. Either way the des may be easily sunk. Perhaps z81 is the best?

    Subs only “Hit” below a 3, so you’ve got a 50/50 shot to even hit. Statistically we can assume that one die hits and one misses usually, then the average between 1, 2, and 3 is 2. Could be wrong though

    For some reason I calculated with 1,5 per sub.

    The mean value for one sub should be 2.

    Minor, but I don’t see any advantage to putting the french DD in harms way. What’s the problem with following the British Indian Fleet to SZ76?
    The French DD will only be a supporter unit so it has to move to cover, never lead the movement into an area.


  • The only problem is that I’m leaving z76 with the Brits. The des will be exposed to the italian sb. On the other hand, if Italy wants to sacrifice its bomber for a french des, I guess I’m fine with that.

    Agree with Surfer. Also, its minor but I think an inf is a better build than a mech for ANZAC. The mech doesn’t add to your counter to a landing in that you have an inf you have kept back that could move to South Australia.

    And, assuming the fleet at Caroline is safe, I would leave an ANZAC destroyer and sub in 54. I expect he will stack the Java Sz to block you anyway, but if not, I think those units are more useful there.

  • @Saber25 I haven’t updated yet so not too sure but I expect on triplea you can still access the previous releases and I have seen others post that as long as you install it in a different folder you can use both versions.

    @Saber25 Yes, I recently updated, and I have to keep the old version in order to play my existing games. New version is cool, and the developers are quick to fix the minor items that pop up. So its good to upgrade, but yes you have to have the old version too.

    There is. Just download the 1.9.19993 installer and install in a different directory.
