Files for reproducing a battle box?

Rarely do I play Guadalcanal but I am going to use that system…I have the colored dice already

Was wondering if anyone’s created a file for the Guadalcanal game boards. Since it’s out of print I have no qualms over printing my own vs. the nearly $150+ I’ve seen private sellers listing this game at. Thanks all!

I have not got mine yet,but I’ve been told it’s pretty cheasy.

Sorry to have been off the grid for a lot of days for me. Dinosaur you bring up a bunch of things that I will give some additional thought to.

Off the top of my head I suggest units have a value for ‘turns from enemy contact.’ This value could be for each phase and then add to some sort of base unit type value.

Also maybe the whole scale should be in some sort of relation to Victory points?

I’m always on the wrong side of it … and the enemy artillery always hits the wrong transport.

Its probably an inside joke because that Japanese guy standing guard is so fat instead of a menu they give him an estimate.

I have played the game now and the instructions are not clear on one thing.

Do you only pay supply to move ships from the cards during deployment or do you also pay during movement as well?  I noted the instructions show you only pay during deployment…

If you want to move ships or planes from the island card during the deployment phase you must use a supply or more depending on where on the board you want to go.

All other movement does not cost a supply.

I tried to contact the replacement but no luck so far.

I’m sure he’s working at funagain full time.
