@hengst yea i read through them again. Some cool ideas. The End Points are interesting. Kind of a Railroad type thing. For Land anyway.

Build (not islands) on any territory worth 2 or more icps.
Build 1 unit Per Turn only.
Cannot be damaged by SBR attacks.
Enemy captures territory with factory, gets to use it on there next turn.
Tech
Spy discovers underground factory
Can SBR factory up to 5 icp dam max. Must be fully repaired to use
Something to this effect. If you have Partisans in game they could also attack it. Maybe 3 damage and must be fully repaired to use.
Would this C10 be to low ? Pay 10 for factory, then drop a capital ship next to a territory worth 2 or more anywhere next to a sea zone.
Maybe have it where you can only
build a undergroundfactory on your own original starting territory.
