No need to ask when a scramble would be pointless. Killing 3 infantry in exchange for losing 3 fighters is not even a consideration.

Definitely missed the possibility of Germany attacking Karelia. If the dice rolls had gone a bit differently, you could have been able to turn this game around. Great move.
