hey oztea, i have a question about the set up. does sea zone 92 get a destroyer? if not, i seems like easy pray for the axis. (SZ 92 - 1 Carrier, 1 Tactical Bomber. is whats on the current set up). thanks. btw, i love your set up. it totally kicks ass

Yes Poloplayer, that Carrier is alone and by itself. It represents the most promient UK atlantic carrier, the HMS Ark Royal, which was sunk in that area by German subs while escorting a convoy.

The German player can seal its fate by attacking with two subs, but that makes other attacks more difficult by removing the possiblity of using those subs elsewhere.
The German player wouldnt want to use air power to attack the Ark Royal because then the Tactical Bomber would be able to participate in the battle, unless they want to kill that.

Gargantua, you have to define “save”.
I mean, of course the Bismark has a chance of getting away, and even causing some damage by killing the transport by Iceland. But its still dead in the water.
Unless you really want to SAVE it and break through the UK fleet at 109 without the Bismark, then noncombat move to 110, and build an airbase and boats there to protect it.
If Germany really wants to invest that much in saving one damaged battleship, they can. In reality the Bismark could have disengaged earlier and maybe made it back to France.
The German player can afford to do a lot of things. Put up a fight in the Atlantic, help Italy in Africa, put the screws to Russia, bomb the hell out of England.
But there is one thing they can’t do…Sea Lion. Because that ends the game on a sour note usually

I have introduced in my WAW rules a little rules.
German player can hide 1 warship in Norway for 1 turn. (Of course, german player must control norway).
German player can hide 1 u-boat per turn in spain.
About London, Yes canada shoud continue to fight but If london and Moscow Falls. Adios allies…the game is over…
