WW2V2 rules (aka Revised) Take a moment to read the NOTES section when you select the game. A lot of uniqueness. To hit the highlights:

Several nations have MULTIPLE capitals. Losing any one causes ICs to be plundered. However, if you have any capitals left, you’ll still collect income and be able to spend next round. This means that countries like France and the Dutch have a second capital elsewhere, and France can help in Africa and the Dutch in the Pacific even after their capitals are taken.

Japan has been divided into 2 playable nations, Yamamoto & Hisaichi
There are minor playable nations, including Finland, Romania, Thai, and Dutch & ANZAC. 14 Powers total.

Most nations have special units that only they and maybe 1-2 other nations can purchase, but only on or after the 4th round. These include:

• bunkers (everybody)- a 2-hit defensive structure that defends on a 3. Can be placed on ANY territory that you control at the beginning of your turn.
• Heavy Tanks (Germany, Italy, Russia) a tank that attacks & defends at 4, cost 7
• S.Bomber - (US, UK, Japan, Hisaichi) A bomber that moves 8! attacks at 5! and provides support to 1 infantry but costs 18. For reference, an infantry costs 2.
• B.Carrier - (US, Japan) A 2-hit carrier that can hold 3 planes instead of just 2.
• MechRocket - (Russia only) a mechanized infantry that moves 3, gives support to inf, but attacks at 3 defends 1.

The mechanized infantry in this game move 3 spaces and can blitz. Motorized infantry also move 3, but attack at 1 defend at 3 instead of the 2/2. Only the mech gives infantry support.

A couple of purchases, the artillery and armored car (move 2 attack 2 defend 1, only 1 slot on a transport) are purchased 2 at a time for 7 ICs. You can never buy just one. Always 2 for 7.

Transporting - PT boats can hold 1 inf, as well as Cruisers can hold 1 inf (or armored car).
