@fmerwinrommel I usually see tech as a luxury for Turkey and that its usually better to focus on less objectives than try to do everything as they just don’t have the income to fight everywhere.

@redrum I agree Turks don’t have enough income to spend much on tech. I usually have to spend some on ships instead. But I always take Georgia just to do my part in joining the other CP in harassing Rus. Once I take Arabia in force, I can defend from UK amphib and keep Arabs mostly under control. So I opportunistically look around for other targets in addition to Mecca.
