@Commando-Brado Hi, what area of San Diego are you in?
Searching for players on the south shore of Montreal
-
Hello, I am a new player of Axis & Allies and I would like to find other people to play on the south shore of Montreal region.
-
Hi, Hellwarrior. We might have a spot open on this coming Saturday night on the plateau. If you drop me an e-mail (to raymond@fifteen.ca) telling me about yourself I’ll drop you a line if the spot isn’t filled. I call us the “Montreal A&A Club” but to most of the guys it’s pretty informal and not a club at all so much as a chance to shit talk, eat pizza and enjoy a beer or two.
Yrs.,

Cool cool, Hellwarrior. Do send me an e-mail. I’m training people often, but I do ask our most senior members if they can play first.

Hellwarrior, did you get a chance to check out the miniature Axis and allies??? I’m hoping to convert another recruit.

No I didn’t have time to search for this but I would really like to try. Somebody told me that in some stores I can buy vehicules one by one instead of buying a package each time. Do you know where I can find a store like this?
-
I’ve seen lots of hobby/games stores do that. They usually piece them out in display trays.
Small businesses only…
-
I’ve only see stores sell the boosters and starters but you can by invidual pieces on line at places like Miniature Market, Coolstuff, 12-7 Games, Troll and Toad, and of course eBay.
-
Thanks everybody.
Finally, yesterday I decided to buy another similar game called Flames of War. The thing is that I have to assembly and paint all the vehicules. It will be a long work but I will see if I like it and if I want to buy more vehicules. Maybe I will like the game. Maybe I will prefer the modelling. Maybe I will discover that it’s not for me.
I just want to try something new and learn more about world war II.
