I’m interested only in sealed copies.

@coachofmany:
what happened to the bi-plane?
Bi-plane and Panzer IV was moved to the Second Axis Minor set.
A good move IMHO.
-
I remember the bi-plane, the He-51 I believe, was originally slated to be in the first Axis Minors set but you said the mold was too difficult to make. So it was replaced with the Fw-190. I take it things have improved to make the mold easier?
We figured out how to do it. It was pushed from this set because this set is only being done in black and grey. We wanted all Minors to have the He-51 so we saved it for the next Minors set.
-
Wasn’t the Elephant suppose to be part of the Germany set also?
speaking of bi-planes… is there any plans to do a Swordfish?
-
I think the Elephant was discussed as a possible piece but didn’t make the final cut. Perhaps Coach will include it in the next German set.
Swordfish torpedo planes would be cool for Britain if they have conquered making bi-planes. Then you would REALLY do a Taranto raid.
By the way, I checked out the new US pieces in alternate colors against some of the blonde, tan and sea foam/celery green UK pieces and grey ANZAC pieces from my sample set. The coloring is right on target on all counts. The only real difference is that Coach’s pieces have more of a dull appearance, like they were sprayed with dull cote, while the OOB pieces are a little shinier like they were sprayed with gloss cote. I think it’s simply a matter of the type of plastic used or perhaps slight differences in the molding process.
Still get a kick out of seeing M-5 Stuart tanks and Nevada class Battleships in light blue. -
Elefant and Swordfish would be fantastic sculpts.
-
I was looking at the HBG website a moment ago and I noticed what I think is a new feature: a table of HBG battle piece sculpts by colour, with a clickable square depicting each colour. Clicking a given square will display the groups of pieces available in that colour. A very useful feature which has immediately rendered obsolete the home-made list I was using to keep track of this information for myself.

Yes, it was in response to AAA forum members asking for it.
We always try to keep improving our site and listen to our fans for improvements.
Thank you for helping us out!

Coach, another week for single pieces in Russia be ready?
Shooting for this weekend.
-
Tons of new stuff just came out on the site today. Look for the Barbarossa game map, full color U.S. Special Forces markers, full color Resources markers, and by the end of the day, Russians by the piece.
-
Coach,
I was planning to pick up some Russian-brown T-26 and KV-1 pieces, but they don’t seem to be available individually. Will you be selling any of these? Thanks -
Coach,
I was planning to pick up some Russian-brown T-26 and KV-1 pieces, but they don’t seem to be available individually. Will you be selling any of these? ThanksI was just there and saw them. You might have been on his site before he added them. Go check again and I’m sure you will find them.
-
The T-26 and KV-2 do show up under Russia battle pieces, but the the T-26 is only available in plum and red, and the KV-2 shows as out-of-stock.
-
Hasd, has it right. But the new stuff went on sale last night because I did order stuff from coach and they were out of stock KV-2 then. KV-2 out of stock as of now.

We have issues with many of the turret pieces as well as the Katytusha rocket launcher and only have them in sets. Manufacturer is making HBG more in brown and maroon and we will have 1000 of each type in 2 weeks.
Sorry for the delay but we cannot sell pieces that HBG does not feel proud to have out. -
Coach,
Thanks for the update. These pieces will be well worth the wait! -
Huge Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale going on all weekend long at HBG!
