I agree with Gamerman that the basic rules do not clearly indicate what a scramble can or cannot do against a amph operation by UK land units from a US TT. If the scramble cannot destroy the TT, why is there any reason to believe that it can stop the amb operations? The basic rules are in need of clarification in a forum all have access.

On the contrary, I feel the basic rules are crystal clear. The sz needs to be friendly, not hostile, in order for an amphi to follow through. Doesn’t matter if the tr itself can be targeted or not.

You SBR:ed my ab with a tac, right? It came from z112. Then it couldn’t get back to z113, but had to land on a carrier in z115.

You may look over your setup, if you want to stack more in z115.

The same actually goes for the 4 figs that escorted the sb. How did you manage to land them in z113!?

Sorry, missed the 4 figs in London. Those could land in z113 after SBR.

An alternative is to skip that SBR, but then the french would meet some resistance with another 3 figs defending Holland. It’s ok to skip that battle as well, if you want.

Shoot. The 4 fighters (and bombers) came from the UK. So, there is no problem getting back to SZ 113. Let me see if I can repair the rest.
