Rather than make the Minor nations the 10th player , is it better splitting China and France ? I think the Minors  need to be run by Germany and Hisachi.
I found I needed to coordinate Romania and Finland with my German moves (amd I still lost!).

I agree with splitting France and China. They’re not really related, where as Germany/Finland/Romania and Hisaichi/Thai  make sense from a strategic standpoint.

And if you had to pick one to be playable, France and China are more in the mix as a stand alone country than Finland, Romania, Thai anyway, so more fun to play.

I’m not in favor of splitting France/China…mainly because France usually only gets twenty something to play with while the combined minors could have 60-70. Germany and Japan can always coordinate with their minor counterparts.
I think the players should vote on this…

I also want to change the game options regarding SBR damage. Damage to unit (factory) would be better than just taking the money out of the bank. Then the play would have the option of paying to repair damage…

I understand, but someone has to have a minor power . France still sees Med action amd China has a lot to worry about to.
If the Axis are to win, I think they need the correct minors.
Happy to have a vote , of course .
Also, don’ t mind changing SBR: the old system annoyed  the hell out of me!
