yeah I know the tuck rule being a bad rule was the issue. The rule is so bad that Brady was “targeting” his feet with a pass and it was still considered a forward pass. That stupid rule was applied correctly but shouldn’t have been the rule in the first place. There’s severely NFL rules that make little to no sense. Tuck Rule being one of them
NFL is FAKE: PROOF

LOL
For real man - how did he do that? Just in epic shape?
-
Saw that. Its time to move on. I don’t watch the NFL no more do to my servicemen being disrespected. IMO
-
^ agreed, college ball is more entertaining imho. Go Irish!
-
It’s in the college ranks too…
Where did #80 go?

NFL used to be my religion. Quit watching last season.
I could write a column of all the reasons:
- Commercials/Commercialism
- In ten years my NFL Sunday Ticket package went from $19.99/mo to almost $70/mo
- The political correctness
- Roger Goodell
- Thursday Night Football (another cash-grab that’s bad for the game)
- Constantly making the game less violent
- Colin Kaepernick
- The creeping politicization of the league
I could go on and on, but why. My Sundays and Monday nights are now free. I don’t miss it in the least, and I’ve discovered that having a life from Sept-Feb is actually a good thing.

They need to ban the players from throwing the ball forwards. Then, at least, you’d have a kind of 3rd rate Rugby.
-
If Teddy Roosevelt’s wimpy son weren’t hospitalized after a Harvard game then he may have never started the commission to make rugby safer.

I have found that the average guy in Texas watches less NFL now. The NFL in the past was our fall back topic at lunch. Now no one talks NFL. I still watch my Dallas Cowboys but I watched NFL now.
