yeah I know the tuck rule being a bad rule was the issue. The rule is so bad that Brady was “targeting” his feet with a pass and it was still considered a forward pass. That stupid rule was applied correctly but shouldn’t have been the rule in the first place. There’s severely NFL rules that make little to no sense. Tuck Rule being one of them

New Orleans is a good second team - they were down and out for a long time, won it all, and are gearing up for another go at it… they have great uniforms, a wild city, and a fun style to watch.

Watch Nfl network most of the analysts agree with me on this one. Brady plays in a system he doesn’t read defenses like Manning. Manning calls almost all of his plays. Look at this years playoffs Brady couldn’t audible his way out against what the Jets threw at him. Manning did most of the night.

It is incorrect to call this labor troubles. It is not a strike. This did not start with the workers.

Union busting is union busting. It is simply owners attempting to increase their profits at the expense of their employees. Employees that are frequently physically broken and who lose years from their lives for their jobs. No one goes to the games or tunes in on TV to see the owners. No sympathy for the owners here.

Every player in the NFL knows the risk that playing football has. Sixty percent of revenue going to the players is rather high. Somewhere between forty and fifty percent sounds better.

Both sides should be able to agree on a rookie cap.

What you guys think about the Wade Phillips getting fired as Cowboys head coach?

I don’t think he was a huge problem, but he definitely was part of the issue especially when it came to raising hell how the Boys are losing.  Honestly I don’t have much hope for Jason, and think Jerry needs start by removing himself from GM.

I think his ‘player coach’ attitude slowly worn on the organization. I know he didnt cause the bad choices on the field, but someone’s head needed to roll.

I hate the Raiders, and I thought Collins looked his typical scattered self but lord did you see how often Moss got TRIPLE teams? Quick math - there are 11 people on each side of the line…

Now if 3 of the 4 people in your secondary are covering one person, that leaves 2 WR’s completely open to do as they please…I think no matter how bad their QB sucks with their already great WR’s Curry and Porter the addition of Moss will force subpar teams with no pass rush to play alot of nickle packages against da Raiders - which only opens up the field for play action draws to Jordan. Still…the Chiefs should prevail in both meetings this year :D
