what the heck happened in China…those the BM rules I guess…ah well, cant expect a warning, and you told me explicitly to check the China rules, anyway.
This is exactely what I tried to warn you about, the garrison rule. Some people put a stack of planes in empty areas and in that way when the chinese dude pops up, he is automatically killed. The chance of hitting a “1” should be about 16,67%

in the vanilla game I think Soviet would get 64 in this situation
yeah, just did the math, its really the comm spread that makes this number, true enough.
I know about the Soviet DC after London, oc, just cant remember anymore the few times I did sealion and what the Russian immediately got. Number looked high, but on closer look, as you say, not that much different from vanilla.
