@Grinchveld How is this my turn? The last turn that completed is Japan6. The posted turn here is for USA 5, i.e., old turn.
It should be China’s turn 6, right?

i thought my turn was done. the latest save i had went to the USA but honestly if It is china, I am just turtling building mountain infantry until all my troops are dead

Looks like you loaded China5 instead of China6…
