@oysteilo I moved a sub and a destroyer, I prolly forgot to remove the destroyer and the sub from where I moved them from 6+8 =14 which is the difference. Thank you for spotting that. You can just remove a sub and destroyer from the java fleet and its fine. I am sorry I missed that, was doing the edit before going to work and will be more thorough next time.

@oysteilo I think I know what happened. I can’t remove the sub and destroyer from java as my screen is to small. I thought I removed them, but it wouldn’t let me. So afaik you are going to have to do it.
