    Not 100% sure that ANZAC move was legal. Needed to move the ships out to avoid them being exposed to Kami’s. Then if Kami’s had been used, would they have been able to move on NCM?

    Ran a sim with ANZAC transport unloading an inf unit in Kiangsi before and after the warships left SZ20. The AA program allowed both. So I conclude your move during the combat-move phase was legal.

    My guess is that if the warships were left in SZ20 during the amphibious attack in the combat phase, a kami strike would be possible. My guess is that such a strike would prevent moving the ANZAC warships during the NCM because they were engaged in combat. Try a sim and see what happens.

    Ok, the ruling has been issued that Japan would get to Kamikaze but all ships can move on NCM. Do you want to Kami on the ANZAC?

    I do not understand the ruling. If the ANZAC surface warships moved from SZ 20 to SZ 19 during the combat move (as history shows), what is left to Kami? Can’t Kami a transport, right?

    That move wasn’t really legal. It had to be done on ncm.
