@JWWII a few observations:

1. you let Japan get too strong. probably too many USA tps and inf loads into Europe, so too much American dollars over there and not enough on Japan. to the point where Japan was able to mount a siege on Moscow and keep them pinned down, allowing the euro axis to do as they pleased both on defending Europe and on taking out the Middle East then Egypt. to put it short: too much of an imbalance
2. way too much fighting with Russians, too many losses, when you should be more conservative and building up to help defend and also help exert counter pressure on axis strongholds like bry, volg, etc. you ended up with a very small army such that even Japan was able to lay siege on you, which usually shouldn’t be possible.
3. you were careless with greece and Egypt.
