What I think you did wrong:
1. You overspent on defending London on UK1, 6 inf 1 fig is more than enough and you can do 7 inf 1 tp for South Africa if your goal is to keep Egypt.2. A combination of not sending the India fig and tac to Africa on UK1 to defend Egypt and not moving out of Egypt with the potential double. You should either make sure Egypt is safe or focus elsewhere and move out on the odds the Axis had on it.
3. If you think Japan is going to declare J3, you should build the maximum out of Western US so that they can move into position even if Japan does not declare J2, while the fleet out of Eastern US is stuck there.
4. Not too sure what your plan was with the UK carrier in South Africa, but Allies should put pressure on Axis as soon as they can.
5. 2 US carriers in the Atlantic is often too much, you are better off having tps instead of them (and having UK support with navy a bit), Germany has a lot more pressure on it from transports than from navy.
6. I’m not a fan of putting a threat on Tokyo as the US, I think it’s too easily parried. US is better off setting up in 54 in order to either force blockers or kill a couple of Japanese tps. Going to 16 puts the US out of position.
I think that’s it. It’s mostly minor things. Hope it helps.

I’ve had a look at this and I’ve got a few comments which differ from Adam’s. Not 100% sure if they apply because I don’t play BM, but I’ll pass on my opinion anyway.
You had Egypt navally secure UK1 but didn’t attack Ethiopia. Killing those units mean more to you than 2IPC from taking Persia UK1 rather than UK2. The inf in West India can walk there by UK2. Even getting the IC earlier and extra troop I’m not convinced of. Perhaps I’m wrong? It’s a 79% attack on Ethiopia with 2inf 1art 1mec and a bombardment IIRC. Well worth while. Normally the Mec lives to return to Egypt before it can be assaulted. In the odds calculator, taking out the 2inf 1art from both sides holds the odds and TUV swing about the same, FWIW.
This would have greatly helped in securing Egypt for longer.
The other difference this makes is it frees you up to attack Alexandria if the Italians move in, unless the Luftwaffe reinforces it like Adam did. However, another problem with losing Sudan is you can’t fly the Tac + fighter from Malta to a safe landing site in Africa. Probably a big factor in your decision to stand and fight.
I’m also a fan of keeping the CV out of the Taranto raid although that works very much better with a sub bid.
I’m personally not a fan of removing fighters from India unless its safe from SBR.
Why didn’t you land on Korea US3? The sub is a minor obstacle, although only having one DD means if it’s Kamikaze’d and hit then there is trouble. Soviet troops should reinforce this landing (doesn’t nullify the Mongolian rule if they NCM into Korea) although I guess they weren’t nearby.

Personally not a huge fan of hitting ethipia round 1 for a couple reasons. First, its less than 80% which is risky. If it fails, uk is in for a world of pain. Also, if Germany is setting up for a G2 DOW on Russia, it is nice to already have Persia activated since, in G40 Balanced, a lend-lease route runs through there if it is allied controlled (+2 for Russia).
As for hitting Korea on round 3, i don’t think the russians were in position to move in on round 4. But even if they were, while moving into Korea would not violate the Mongolia Treaty, it would require Russia to declare war on Japan (in Balanced, Russia cannot move into east asian territory unless it is at war with Japan), which would have long term consequences; one of Russia’s lend-lease routes runs through sz 5, which can be easily blocked by a Japanese sub if the two powers are at war.
