@superbattleshipyamato Right. alot more complications introduces longer play. More areas means longer play, More units longer play. I wish their was a light 12 page version with only about 6-10 more units, not 60 more. The map would have about 60% less areas and play would take 2-3 hours but still be buckets of dice concept. That would be my wish plus dedicated piece sets or a version that used counters like nova games edition.

If Germany delays taking Holland until after Paris falls, and the dutch collect their 18 ipcs, can germany pillage that 18 ipcs if he takes holland next turn?

We house ruled this this weekend, if Holland does not fall, holland can spend whatever ipc’s it still controls on it’s turn (plays same time as UK).
A capture will not give any IPC’s to the axis.

The same question needs to be asked for Poland.
We played this weekend, and Poland survived the first impulse, and almost the second. Had it survived… does it start with money? or does it have to wait a turn for $3?

It does say if Warsaw is not attacked by Germany on turn 1, or survives german attack then Poland becomes a Power. Then Poland collects income after turn 1 with UK and decidesto stay Poland or convert to UK.

It’s practically an incentive NOT to attack Poland. If ONLY they had more money!
