Kapital Street (Wall Street)
I imagine the occupying Russians would replace capitalism with communism, and thus would convert the New York Stock Exchange into some sort of People’s Museum, but they could still use your name proposal by either calling it Das Kapital Street (in reference to the book by Marx) – or maybe Berlin Wall Street, if they prefer using the Wall part.
Mount Russiamore.
With the four Presidents re-sculpted to look like Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, of course.

and of course the Pentagon would more likley look like a hammer and crescent building
Or like a Soviet-style five-pointed star, which would be an homage to the Pentagon’s five-sided design.

There is no way Ussr would have been able to invade Alaska. Us navy had thousands of ships and hundreds of carriers.

The real question would be: in 1977 what would George Lucas masterpiece have looked like under the Hammer and Sickle?
Clearly the evil rebels and their monarchist ways would have be crushed, in favour of a people’s government that’s done away with a senate and democracy.
Hoth would be a gulag, and the RED star would be twice as big as the death star.
And this would be :
UNCLE LENIN wants you for SPEZNAZ
in capitalist america: you drive car!
Many of the points I would’ve made have already been said except this. Why do many here think the Soviet army would be so eager to fight for Stalin? Many Soviet “allies” like Ukraine would have and did fight against the commies. Not only that they fought against Nazism only because it was personal and the Nazis literally were genocidal terrorists in many cases. It wasn’t necessarily out of love for Soviet Russia. Even among the Communists Stalin was not exactly loved. He was hated as much as Hitler if not more so. A war against Stalin rather than Russia could’ve succeed IMO.
The US could never mount an invasion for something not mentioned. By 1944-5, The draft age was altered to include older and younger recruits. We were running out of males, which is the same problem Germany had in 1944. The Soviets were far more resourceful in this regard and would have forcibly employed Eastern European recruits. They also had a larger army to start with.
The US opted for imperialism.
USSR was the lesser of three evils between Germany and Japan, the only reason America backed USSR. Also Japan and Germany threatened US imperialism and the US had to wait until an event like pearl harbor to appear to be the good guy.
USA opted for atrocities instead of invasion or truce in regards to Japan. The logic was, “make Japan surrender, take away their right to military, then try to offer them a right to a military when they are pro american.”
Problem is, Japan became isolationist after WWII, so US imperialism failed military in Japan, but economically it turned out pretty good.
Russia is a huge wrench in US imperialism, but not as bad as Germany would have been if in control of Europe (or Japan in Asia).
It is kind of sad the axis lost WWII, post war SEA would have been liberated while China would be oppressed… possibly liberated later. Europe would eventually collapse into nation-states again.
