Lost Reinforcement Card

I seem to have lost the reinforcement card for Great Britain. I was actually able to get through at least one round because the Rule Book says what they receive up to a roll of 7…

At any rate, could anyone type out what they would receive, or have a nice picture on hand so I could ghetto up a printed version?
