I don’t think either Gibraltar, Morocco or Cairo is at risk here.
I will not waste 2 mech by sending them to Calcutta, since I decided not to stack there. The retreat to W India will keep J occupied with Calcutta for a while longer and UK will push in reinforcements.
Decided also not to block an attack on Persia, but the french des may be used for that purpose. Unless it’s sunk by an italian bomber.
Anyway, I think that a japanese attack on Persia at this stage is very premature. UK will easily take back the factory and sink any fleet that dare to enter z80.

Looking at situation, Germany has low income. Pressure on Norway while making sure to get fighters into Moscow should do the trick here. For as long as Russia gets Scandinavian income + US direct threat in Norway, the redirection of Germans to Middle East should be manageable.

I would have suggested waiting on Somaliland to put more pressure on Japan with that fleet. But I can see why that was worth it. And the pressure can come later if you want.
My only practical suggestion is for the UK bomber to go to the USSR now so that it can land in the middle East next turn. From there it can threaten both Japan and the Mediterranean.

this is probably too late a comment, but I would suggest leaving one AA back in India. He needs to be fairly sure of success so it forces him to either risk air or commit more land.

Allied Turn – So considering the board position I am good with the US/China/UK move. Of course, due to having to send so many US forces against Europe, the US Pacific is weak against Japan and we shall see how much Japan can take advantage of that.
Interesting Notes:
I like the US Fleet in the Caroline’s versus Queensland. Queensland only threatens the Money Islands while the Caroline’s not only threatens the Money Islands but threatens Japan too which messes up Japanese reinforcements.Stacking Kweichow is an interesting move. Since Japan does not need its forces to take India, since it was abandoned, Japan could smash that Chinese force. On average Japan would lose 6 planes. The benefit is China would be severely weakened and Japan would eventually take both China and India. The detriment is with the loss of 6 planes it will be harder for Japan to control the Pacific. Have to think more about that on the Japanese Turn.
Retreating or dying in India is always an interesting choice. By leaving it frees up the Japanese to do other things on the same Turn that India falls. Such as attack China, take Celebes, consolidate the Japanese fleet. Staying removes Japan capability from doing anything but hitting India. Though, with the forces in West India UK can now trade India forcing a game of attrition and hindering Japan’s ability to focus on one flank. Considering it was a 100% battle I think leaving was the right choice. Even at 98% staying would probably have been preferable.
In Europe since Russia went to the trouble of taking Karelia I like moving the planes to Karelia. They will be sorely missed on the Atlantic Wall and in the Med but considering what Russia paid for them it was a must move.

Italy 3: Is my capital safe? The US has a 4 infantry, 2 mech, artillery and armor attack with a cruiser bombard. Followed by a UK 2 infantry, artillery and armor attack also with a 2 cruiser bombard. Pretty tough. Hmmm, the US fleet is not all that strong and the UK fleet has no planes since they all flew off to Russia. Italy can build a fleet and hold the Med for another Turn or two. Or they can just go heavy ground and give up the Med and fight for the land.
One problem with Italy fighting for the Med with expensive ships is the US/UK can always out build Italy and take it back which means any money spent on ships is thrown away. Land troops are always useful!
