    Sir, just to clarify as this caused confusion in the past from time to time. In case you attack the sub in 101, the transports cannot do NCM and neither can they leave the sz during combat move phase. The warships can though and avoid the combat, but transports are only allowed to do combat moves in case they conduct an amphibious assault which is not possible from 101 in this turn.

    when I ran a test, the use crosier was able to drop the marine into africa and I assume Brazil, is this a mistake in triple a? if not I would like to add brazil to the usa income this turn.

    As often, the tripleA client is not exactly compliant with the rules.
    But I have clarified this issue with gamerman some time ago and I am certain: the transports can‘t do NCM after the battle in 101.

    Im am btw out of town and won’t move before Sunday.

    Regarding the marine, the same logic applies. He would have to be loaded during combat move phase which he is only allowed if this results into an amphibious assault.
