I had to make the hole in the washer a little bigger using a 9/32” twist drill bit. A pair of pliers helped coax the inflating needle into the washer… no glue required!
Metal Flight Stands - Different height? Is there an interest?

Hey everyone!
Our metal flight stands have sold extremely well and we’re preparing to get another batch of them manufactured as we’re getting close to out of stock.
That said, is there any interest in having another height of flight stand to add to the mix?
Currently they stand 25mm high. What would you all think of adding a 35mm high stand to the lineup?
If there is interest we’re going to run a short (14 day) Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to raise both funds and, more importantly, additional interest in the product prior to placing an order (the more we can order at once, the better it is for everyone)!

I don’t use flight stands personally, but having two heights is potentially useful because it allows different types of planes to operate at different altitudes. This has the benefit of reducing board crowding and of adding another visual cue for unit type identification. To reduce the risk of tipping, the short stands could be used for the large, heavy bomber sculpts and the tall ones for the small, light fighter sculpts. The intermediate-size tactical bombers could go either way, of perhaps even be used with an intermediate-height (30mm) flight stand, if there’s any interest expressed for such an accessory.

I would definitely say yes! If it wasn’t for the fact I already have flight stands (3 heights for the 3 different planes) I would certainly be getting some.

Alright. We’re awaiting word from our manufacturer on pricing. It’s Chinese New Year so it may be a couple weeks. They get a LOT of mandated holidays.

I have at least 60 of the 25mm stands and they make the gaming experience all around better, functionality to aesthetics. Stable, small footprint, “adds” room to territories on the board, look cool sitting on a magnetized carrier, looks like a CAP… I have only received positive comments from other players who have seen and used them.
I am looking forward to the 35mm stands.
I will be buying additional stands at 35 mm + if you make/sell them. -

Deadline is getting really close & campaign goal has not been met… we need to spread the word !!! I know the game has never been the same since I purchased these stands; totally different feeling when playing & looking at the map!

We appreciate any effort to get this funded!
Of course, the campaign is only 17 days total to begin with so we’re about 1/4 of the way through. It would obviously be really nice to be higher than we’re at.
If things aren’t looking up by next weekend we may have to regroup.
