@dawgoneit
@Elrood forgot to move Bermuda cruiser and he asked me to move it while he was at work. It moves to SZ29 and Canadian DD build and cruiser both move to join it there instead of SZ22.triplea_41573_1bri edit.tsvg

@captainwalker Don’t like you! Had just reedited for Matt!
-
We really need some time to look after each others go… we must align our moves, to have the slimmest of chances here… afaik the Edits from Witt were of the kind “where to build what”
e.g. switch builds in Provence and Tunis.It would be very nice if we could do that regardless. I do not think Frances moves really have that much influence on Italys decisions there…
Would that be OK?
-
@captainwalker what do you say?
-
-
@elrood I really don’t think there should be time given between powers moves. A player has all the time they need to post their move but, once they do post, the following player should be able to post whenever they have time. That could be immediately or days later so communication between team members is critical before someone posts.
-
@captainwalker I totally agree with your reasoning. I know that there is some discussion between Entek and Witt going on regarding Europe movements, but albeit both of them are native English speakers there seems to be some failure in communication going on… as some moves / placements went differently than proposed.
I think I should not have asked, but I feel ever Redrum left that Witt has too much on his plate with both Germany and Yamamoto and also conferring with me and Entek about combined arms maneuvers.
Is sad to see a plan fail, but is painful to see a plan gutted before execution due to misunderstandings.
But after all you are right in your reasoning. Sorry to have bothered you with this.
-
@elrood no, it’s not a bother… I’m recovering from some surgery so this is about all I have going on. I don’t have a problem with a placement edit, but I think Karl should have the final say in the matter. I just wanted to stress to all players that communication is a key factor in team games because without it… you lose.
If any of you guys have time to play a 1v1 or even 2v1 let me know… I need some more games to occupy my time. -
@captainwalker sorry to hear that. Get better soon.
Matt was meant to place the Mechs in Tunis; that was all. Karl should say no. Is understandable. -
@witt This is not the Spanish inquisition!
-
@elrood perhaps it should be
-
@Elrood i am not sure you would want to say: “no” to the Spanish Inquisition, either.
-
yeah, edit is fine.
-
@Karl7 scared of the Spanish Inquisition?
Thanks . Is just the 2 Art and 2 Inf swapped for the 4 Mechs. J will do it , when I do my go.
Have been unwell . Will be tomorrow. -

Seb has gone away for the weekend . ( He is always away. I think Germans get paid too much.) He would like to look closely at the Pacific, as you guys look better than ever there . I seem to have fewer units than I should do Can’t remember how that happened .
Twice.
Sorry to make you wait.
Have a good weekend all. -
Germans: travelling the world since '39… :-)
