The Allied naval thrust in Pacific claimed too many resources to adequately protect the UK. I did not want to delay the German move on Russia, but the UK was too tempting a target.

yeah, sometime mid game I thought, damn I can lose Russia and then you turned away slightly…I have been playing chess again and spending more time on that, than this. It has hurt my A&A game. going to put the chess board down again and focus on this.

Decided to take the hit in SZ 43 on the tac instead of the DD, because the latter could block the US naval advance.
I sjould have taken more time to plan the turn. Realized that Malaya was no longer defensible. If you will allow it, I traded an airfield and art for 2 DDs. Will place and destroy the airfield next my next turn. If not, I use the 15 ipcs credit next turn and edit back in the art.

No problem. Will you edit out the 2 DDs in in SZ 7 and replace one of the infantry units in Kiangsu with an arty or should I do it my next turn.
My understanding of the rules is that the unplaced airfield is returned and the cost is reimbursed, correct? If so, I’ll make the edits on the next Japanese turn.
