Thanks a lot, much appreciated. This type of leniency means a lot to me, it allows me to play at a reasonable pace without obsessively double and triple check everything. This is very exhausting.
I certainly do not take this as justification to play sloppily, I even made a practice run for the latest US/UK turn.
You can, of course, expect the same type of leniency in return.

I will double check one sec.
Let’s think this through.
At the beginning of UK5 there were 6 UK amphibious units. 2 on the US TT in 112 and 2 transports ready in 110 and 109.
Thus, at the end of the turn there can be max 4 units at Norway and 2 at Denmark = 6 total.
This is the case.
At the beginning of UK5 there were 5 ground units in UK. 4 were moved with the transport, 1 was remaining after using the TTs in 109 and 110. I bought 2 for London and brought 4 over. 2 from 106 and 2 from Morocco.
Thus, at the end of UK5 there should be 7 ground units total in London. This is also the case.
So in a nutshell, the only excessive unit is the UK inf in 112.
I might have removed a unit way earlier in the history and then got stuck with the “transport not allowed to be removed problem” and then made the edit to add the unit later maybe.
This turn was very messed up. Made the most complicated turn with the lowest concentration level :-/

You can usually avoid edits in place by loading autosave - you can rewind to the end of the last XXXNonCombatMove and make changes. But it’s too late if convoys have been rolled.

I think that attack on Denmark was too thin. Worked out though.
Therefore now couple of lucky double hits for me on the Eastern front. 3rd time I guess. Novo, Ukraine and now Tambov.
Plus suboptimal/bad results in the 2 major battles. Dice have not been your friend in this game.
But the 2 big battles were both ill-advised nevertheless ;-)
I didn’t see what I could do with my Japanese fleet if I didn’t attack. Would have been separated and in danger of being picked off or at least isolated.

Should you have tried to establish a fleet at FIC that I could not have attacked. I guess this might have been possible with an airbase and a 3rd carrier. Otherwise chicken out for a turn at Malaya using blockers and try to unify your fleets the next turn.
The whole misery began with your fleet split which is never a good idea. You have moved reinforcements from sz6 to Korea and rather invite an attack by the US, using Kami protection and setting up for a counter attack than the other way around. Or invest into destroyers and block me off for a turn.
The phil attack didn’t have a plan B. You did not win and 2 transports are now thrown away. You should have used them to cause some distractions. E.g. throwing units at DNG and Western Australia instead. But as mentioned, you shouldn’t have attacked at all and rather try to set me upt.
Yeah, I think some of those results outweigh winning the coin flips round 1 SZ106 and SZ62.
Perhaps what you’re suggesting was an option although I’m not completely sure about that. I know what you mean about splitting the fleets. I think I might have been thinking they could consolidate at The Philippines. But that didn’t quite work out for me, especially when I moved the northern one to SZ5.
