China threw back the Japanese in Yunnan! China rolled 4- for-4 on round 1, killing all my ground troops. If I had rolled average (rounded up), I would have taken out all the defenders also. Then I might have taken a plane to capture it. But I rolled 2-for-8, so I might have lost another unit if I didn’t retreat. Then China rolled 0-2 in Hunan. Losing the Yunnan battle messed up my plans, so I had to change destinations for transports.
I’ve seen 4 or 4 in Greece before, but not in Yunnan. Don’t know which is worse… probably Yunnan…
