Sounds like the Allies are doing really well. The allies need a meat grinder to wear down the axis with the allies’ numerical superiority.
Germany dows on russia, cruiser on transport, does it stop it loading up?

germany dows on russia, cruiser on transport, does it stop loading up? Like can I load onto the transports and unload for combat?
-
I am sure I can load and offload the round I dow, but if I start doing J2 or J3 dows again for whatever reason, I need the link for new players to show or a quote with page number for rules.
-
If I understand your question correctly, you’re wondering if you can load a German transport in the same sea zone as a Russian Cruiser on the same turn as you DOW. Right? If so then yes you can. If it is Germany doing the DOW then it is allowed to load the transport before the DOW on the same turn. It says that exact same thing in the rule book but I don’t have it in front of me right now to give you a page number.

This is absolutely legit. There is a special rule clarification in the book for this under declaring war.
-
Correct, quote from the rulebook is in the FAQ-thread:

But doesn’t that also mean that because you share a sea zone with your enemy, you are required to engage them unless you leave it?

The “Sea Units Starting in Hostile Sea Zones”-rules apply.

Sort of true. Just that you are able to load units before leaving it. So the exception is of no use if you want to land on a territory which you already own.
