@panther Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, I have finished translating the whole rulebook, but I’ll be sure to use if I ever translate the 1940 and 1942 versions. Right now, I’m going to work on the Anniversary version instead, even though I don’t own that version (nor the 1940 and 1942 versions). Thank you very much for your help.
Adding Balance

As this game seems to favor the Axis, what would you do to balance it out?
Personally, I favor adding a UK DD to their carrier/fighter works wonders for giving the Allies a fighting chance in the Atlantic. Your thoughts?

Could put one there and one with the US Atlantic Transport.
Giving Russia 9IPCs might help too. Except they could soon be Axis ones!
Except I would only modify the starting line up after you had played a few games and your new players were bored of the same outcome. -

my idea of equalisation of sides would be 4 inf. for Russia, 1 Destroyer for Britain and 1 Destroyer for US.

Leave it as it is, historically, at this point in time it is axis biased, the US just entered the war so they need to rebuild, russia was loosing ground and england was england. The game was set up so the axis can win in the short run but be challenged in the long run
