    I sent a message to Gamerman and Kreighound.  It looks like TripleA is treating the territory like a seazone. Germany’s presence in the territory shouldn’t prevent Russia from attacking because they are neutral.  Lets get a ruling from Gamerman and/or Krieghound. I have never seen this before.

    Since Italy declared war on Russia then it frees Russia from staying Neutral and allows Russia to declare war on Germany.  But What happens if Russia does not want to declare war on Germany?

    My apologies guys. I’ve only encountered this scenario once before and never tried to respond in this fashion. Instead of redoing my entire turn I would like to edit the turn as if those combats did not happen. I had a good combat outcome in Kweichow (my first of the game) and would like to keep it. I will have no combats in the European theatre.
