Originally - that’s what It looked like, a movie based off the “game”.  But now the previews I’ve seen, seem to have NOTHING to do with that.  ???

It is Transformers by another name… same producers, same general story: alien machines, explosions, mind numbing action.

Looks idiotic to me.

It has to either:

Have some sort of redeeming script qualities since Liam Neeson is in it.

or

Be a total pile of dren with enough of a budget that they could throw so much money at Liam Neeson that he was willing to ignore how craptastic it is and be in it anyway.
