  • @Elrood Except, giving up 4 tech dice to get 1 tech dice per turn, has a low rate of return on your investment. Works best when you roll with just one or two dice. Americans crave innovation.

    defense: no use
    offense: Gas or mobility would have been bad
    both naval: for the pacific fleet?
    innovation: industry would have been nice for future ICs in Europe… but other than that it would have only given me expensive units

  • @Elrood Yes, industry is the best. Tanks are selectively beneficial to certain countries in certain theaters. LFs are nice but, as you say, expensive, so only selectively useful, especially as dual land/sea threat. That’s the problem with G going for industry early in the game, only 1/3 odds and $ for $ FGs and gas are better than tanks on W Front.
