FM tells me that Leo used the first rather than second USA save game and asked me to edit the US sub in sz 23 to sz 25, so I have done that.

French moves fine where concerns UK.
Italy may want some French to return to Tuscany.
USA can decide on Fr CA in sz153. Doesn’t affect Austria.
