    How is the FTR in 54 able to land on a damaged carrier?

    A Ftr can’t land on a dmg CV, you are correct.

    However, the US CV with a loaded Anzak Ftr engaged combat in sz 54 acompanied with a DD and two Bmbrs. Your Sub was able to score a hit wich I let the CV absorb.
    Since the Ftr was a friendly Ftr from my Ally (Anzak), it was then becoming a CARGO and was locked on the US CV. It will be locked until my US CV makes port in a friendly Harbour to be repaired.
    After that it may takeoff and/or land on the US CV again.

    Since i did not move it on Anzaks turn, everything should be allright and triple a was treating it the right way.

    I should have asked before i did that (i was under the Impression that your planes could land somewhere and saw that i was wrong).

    How is the FTR in 54 able to land on a damaged carrier?

    A Ftr can’t land on a dmg CV, you are correct.

    However, the US CV with a loaded Anzak Ftr engaged combat in sz 54 acompanied with a DD and two Bmbrs. Your Sub was able to score a hit wich I let the CV absorb.
    Since the Ftr was a friendly Ftr from my Ally (Anzak), it was then becoming a CARGO and was locked on the US CV. It will be locked until my US CV makes port in a friendly Harbour to be repaired.
    After that it may takeoff and/or land on the US CV again.

    Since i did not move it on Anzaks turn, everything should be allright and triple a was treating it the right way.

    Don’t worry. Realistically I have a better chance to do damage in Round 1 anyway as the battle is a foregone conclusion. Take the TAC and FTR as next casualties
