I am not sure I understand. I understand your frustration about the cruiser, but where do the greeks fit in?

@oysteilo They were going to be attacked by germans with land + air support instead of the cruiser in Malta. Not very relevant for the game, just an inconvinience, nothing similar to the impact of the Finland failure vs JDOW.
