    Btw, great creative job! But, did you have a chance to calc the price Allies paid for the capitals?

    as far as cost, yes I agree both were very costly, but I believe it was worth it in both cases, as the tuv swing of both gaining the loot and your losing it for a round (in japan’s case), and two rounds (in german’s case), is worth it. not to mention the major IC shrinking down to a minor. furthermore, it had caused a major disruption in japan’s aggressive drive, and now in Europe there are more opportunities to open things up for the allies.


  • I will say I got pretty unlucky there in w.ger as my last four figs totally missed, or that would’ve been a little less costly. ah well, all part of the sacrifices for the Berlin operation.


  • I also got pretty unlucky in the w.ger strike with USA. I had calculated losing fewer air. but I was determined to see the operation through no matter the cost. I think still, despite the high cost, it was worth it.

    I am leaving the country today - failed to get Jap move done before heading to the airport. This game went differently from what I expected. Anyway I am targeting the same posting speed , but a couple days will be off.

    certainly looked bad for allies when india and Moscow fell. I’ve been through this kind of scenario too many times to know better.

    I am against the opinion amongst the “masters” that the axis have the advantage in bm. I think the allies are stronger than we give them credit. but allies are harder to play effectively.

    we are all still learning.
